Greg Dorsey

Founder, President, and Portfolio Manager

Greg Dorsey is the Founder, President, and Portfolio Manager of BBA Management, Inc., a property management company serving Boston, metro Boston and all of Massachusetts for over twenty-five years. Greg grew up in Boston and attended the University of Vermont, earning a B.A. in Communications and attended the Boston College Carroll School of Management for Business from 2018-present. He also has earned the highest industry accreditations: GRI and CBR. Since entering the real estate world, Greg has become a top-producing and results-driven Realtor, property owner, investor and entrepreneur, specializing in buying and selling, increasing ROI of investment properties, real estate development, and property management.

Noreen Duffy

Senior Property Manager

Noreen Duffy is a senior property manager at BBA Management who has been exclusively looking after our luxury properties. Having worked with C- Suite executives throughout her career, Noreen is a seasoned professional who is especially skilled at understanding the needs of a high-end property owner. 

Noreen’s specialty lies in affordable housing, leasing management, and luxury building management. While her portfolio is spread throughout Greater Boston, Noreen specializes in Brookline and can often be seen assisting potential tenants to find the home they need at the buildings we manage.

At heart, Noreen is a relationship expert and loves talking to people and finding out how she can help them find what they need. Consistently rated as “proactive,” “reliable,” and “quick-to-respond,” Noreen is a dependable member of our team who always delivers above and beyond the requirements.

Daniel Fahey

Property Manager

Daniel was born and raised in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He started as a property manager at BBA Management shortly after moving to Boston.

He is an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Great Bay Community College. Daniel spent a lot of time around construction sites growing up. As a result, he enjoys working with his hands and building/fixing things. He also developed a basic understanding of the construction/renovation process, which translates well when managing projects of the sort.

Daniel is very patient and laid back, which helps a lot when fishing. He enjoys living in the city, but his heart is in the woods. Daniel really just enjoys helping others in any way he can, which is one of the main reasons he is so good at his job as a property manager.
