“Great customer service and commitment to go above and beyond! I lived in one of the buildings Greg and his team manages for 6 years. Throughout the years, Greg and the team responded to requests on-time through the online management portal. During the time we were moving out, Greg sent cleaning person to help us. Another small detail about Greg: We were in the process of figuring out deposit situations due to some previous conditions. He personally came over, took off his shoes at the door, and clarified a few details.
